Seacoast Internet Campus
January 17th, 2007 Posted in Web
This past weekend we started beta testing an Internet Campus here at Seacoast Church. We didn’t announce it, yet, just posted a link to it on our website. We had 10 people trying it out just by the link (and maybe a few by word of mouth) during the two service times (9:30 and 11:15 am EST).
I helped with the video and some of the programming part of displaying the video at the right times using Flash (hosted by Light Cast Media) and PHP. The rest was done by the Creative Communications Department.
It’s pretty basic right now, nothing compared to what LifeChurch.tv is doing.
We’d love more people to try it out and send us your feedback to internetcampus@seacoast.org

I think what you guys are doing is awesome. You don’t give yourselves enough credit.
I can’t wait to see how it develops.

Trace,
I heard about this during the first week of the new series. I had no idea that it was happening. I will give it a try in the next couple of weeks. I appreciate the reminder about LifeChurch.tv. I had forgot about our conversation on that subject.

Ok, I *know* I’m biased, but I definately agree with Mr. Gruenewald. You guys rock!
